I don't really think that people don't like to read books like they do in the novel but I can see that technology is definitely taking over quite a bit in the studying and reading areas. We just know that having a laptop is basically our textbook for everything. Even in the future all of the books could be read online, and that is not a bad thing but it still wouldn't be the same. Even in our school, we changed into a laptop school and that limits our study time with textbooks (not saying that laptops are bad at all!). If this technology vs. book issue got worse then we would just have to keep on persuading people that books are as important as technology.
